Biological Heartbreak

Topic:
anguished
|
My body screams with heaving agony
As your sympathetic words float into my ears,
Sinking into my pores, becoming a flesh eating disease
That grapples with my white blood cells, victorious
Now crunching on the cell membranes of my heart
Desperate havoc is reaped within my physical skin
As my neurological senses pick up the tearing shriek of heart break
And begin to give up, brain cell by brain cell.

Gratefully we have billions of brain cells so it should take a while... in the mean-time keep your pen flowing these words have an effective metric and captures the 'break-down' beautifully.
Well Done
Peace
