Tangerines

It feels so cold
This industrial fantasy
You’re made of pure metal
Walk with your robot friends
The squealing of your laughter
Blinding lights of your fancy buttons
I’ve always been perfectly fine with a cold cup of coffee
Pajamas and tangerines are my riches
Sweet and oh so tangy
So enjoy your fabricated beauty
Remember me
When your stilettos lose their flare
And tangerines are the new zeal
