Fantasy...

Weary lids fall to block out the light of the earth
My possessed mind slips in to my subconscious

A universe of mystery appears
Dragons, wizard and beasts of the night

Trials and journeys lay ahead of me
As i venture into a land

That lay beyond the natural world

No calm oceans await me in my slumber
My trouble mind gives way to nightmares

Black nights along a dark somber country side
Lay way to creatures of the shadow

Fearsome and tough
No doubt metaphors

Representing the surpressed woes of the day

As dinosaurs chase me through congested jungles
I must run light- footed to stray from their bite

I awake after falling into an atramentous abyss
Fatigued and discontented

Hours of luminosty are upon me now

What will dive into the deepest caverns of my mind
Only to manifest itself when the moon shines bright
