He comes at night

Contributed by heba48 on Sunday, 7th January 2007 @ 11:19:23 AM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

He comes at night
In the darkest nights
Enters your room
You hear his steps
But you can’t move
You can see his scary face
But you can’t scream
In your bed you are frozen
You can feel his hand on your body
Slipping it under your shirt
You can feel his heavy breath
Hot hot
Like a wild dragon breathing out fire
You can smell his sweat
When his body is next to you
You can hear your heartbeats
You are screaming
But no voice is coming out
You are running
But your legs are like jelly
You want to wake up from this nightmare
But you can’t
Because it’s a reality
And you can’t escape

Very intense write. My interpretation...is a horrible view....of a child being molested. Maybe I am wrong here. Good write to evoke such feelings of terror, sadness and outrage.
Much peace,
Laura
