Entrance to the Underworld

Enter under my wing,
To see what death can bring.
Enter into my realm,
To walk in the shadow.
Most here prefer darkness,
And the beauty it can hide.
Hurry and choose a way,
But don't forget to pick a side,
So very sorry but I have to say.
Get up quick , no time to lay,
You may not last another day.
Stay close to me and be sure to follow,
through the dead tree so hollow.
Across a shallow stream,
Before you wake from this frightful dream.
There in the valley down,
Blackness, Death's great crown.
Look below, images swirled,
The mighty Gates to the Underworld.
