gaze behind the pane
see the dark night sky.
Find the moon, now
let the light catch your eye.
I know,
I only know
what it does to you,
how it moves your soul.
Big Dipper, take my side.
Starlight, be my guide.
Through everything,

this made me reflect back over the past year at things i had done . i found the shadow inside myself and it was scary. i vowed to change that as i have made changes in other areas of my life as well. great writing here. will definitely read more of your work.
