Real Heroes.....

Topic: war

Somebody help me

I'm dying inside

People want me to heal

But I've already tried

I don't know what to do

The bullets are gonna fly

I'll fight for the man next to me

Even if I die

I saw him die

He was blown to bits

I screamed out loud "Oh my god he's been hit"

I fought so hard

For the rest of the night

That was the one time

I prayed for the light

I've seen too many people die

Good men, that tried to live their lives

They signed up to protect their will

Knowing at any point that they could be killed

The generals get all the awards

No one cares about the soldiers

Generals are named heroes

But really they're zeros

The real heroes are all dead

Fighting for our lives

I think maybe it's time

That the soldiers are reconized
