Oh how i wish i could create
a season just for you,a time
apart from all the rest for
everything you do.
Perhaps a bit like christmas
though a little more profound,
the gift of love i'd give to you
would last the whole year'round.
Oh how i wish i could create a
season of romance, each kiss
would be a love song forever we
would dance.
I wish i could create a season that
was truly yours, just you and me
across the sea to dream on distant
shores.
Sweeter than a lullaby as soft as
morning dew, a season that would
always be as beautiful as you.

Oh my .. how very touching and deeply moving!!
This is incredibly romantic and beautiful. I love this
genre of poetry and you have done this justice, my
friend. And excellently so!
The last stanza is absolute and full of faithful and beautiful
affirmation. I adore this piece. Truly ~

You create such a tranquill atmosphere for your reader to soak in all of the beautiful verses you eloquently pen down. You are truly up there with all of the other top poets here @YPDC.
