At first you called me every day twice a day
Then you would only call once a day
After that it was every other day
Then it went to once a week
Then once a month
Then finally your call never came
I still wait by the phone sometimes
And rush to it when it rings
But all in all I haven’t heard from you in many months
And the worst thing is I still love you with every bit of my heart
I still cry myself to sleep over you
I still love you

If you sit by the phone expecting a phone call from someone you love, and it never comes, they don't love you in return.
Its a sad but a true fact none the less, this is a good write, but you need to realize that they don't care about you the same way you care about them.
Keep writing, soon the pain will fade and you can move on.
