anguished

so i sit as time swings by
numbers pass and days go by
memories lost and memories gained
some are treasured some are pained
for what i wait i donot know
my revalations come and go
rarer still is some direction
as i seem to wounder without intention
ambition to me becomes a foriegn word
mine as flightless as a cripled bird
so stuck in a cage of my own making
is it any wounder my hope is failing
will there be a light to draw me near
to break the void and make things clear
maybe this light is already there
but my eyes are closed and my heart unaware.
so i remain
lost

This was a good poem.. a lot of people can relate to this feeling of being lost... Great job of capturing your emotions and thoughts... Great poem

| this is really good props to you this is like something i would probably write i dont no y this is one of the least read ones some people just dont no good poetry when they see it u no.
p.s. i say keep up what ur doing good job keep ur head up.
