HO HO Ho
Merry Christmas
As I sit sipping my egg nog.
I hear in the distance the
Sound of "He Scores!!!"
Echoing in the
Background
I spent all afternoon wrapping
presents
And doing all my labels
Counting the totals over and
over again
Has each child a toy?
Some candy,
And some noise?
Each adult a little something to
Take Home.
The usual I know, some socks or
Chocolates, or some winning Lotto's
Our guests will be leaving
With a little something for all.
All the cards that were missed for mail
Tried to make up with a call
And now to sit back and
watch it all
Ready for tomorrow
There will be 11 around the table
But inside our hearts
There will be so many more.
And as we give Thanks
In Gods holy Name
We wish you a Happy New Year
And good health all way through
Ahhhhhh,
The chilling of Egg Nog and the
Music of the seasons
And visions of the newborn
II"I have in the fall.
Merry Christmas to all
