I was alone for so long, there was nobody I wanted to see
My husband had been killed, to make it worse I was mother to be
I never thought that I could feel, never again for any man
To fill his shoes shoes would be impossible, thought theres nobody who can
Then Roper stepped into my life, I told him all my fears there were to admit
Told him ALMOST everything, so he'd know who he's ******* with
Told him I dont think that, I can go thru a loss again
Taking a chance on love, would problably kill me, if it should end
Cause I am very loyal, and a good persons here underneath
Had his back to the fullest, even when he was lying thru his teeth
How could some one go so far, when it was he who chickened out
Was it because of fear of my Ex, and knowing what he was about
Iether way I'm glad ,that you ran away and hid
But you didnt have to be so heartless, and break a pinkyswear to a kid
You did us all a favor, I now see it's you" who was beat
To let you get the best of me, would be only admitting my defeat
Then myspace said a message, it was Richard on the line
He reminded me of my own words, when I said "If I shine you shine
Im sooo on another level, and as for you your like MOST other guys
Thought you were a man, but turned out you werent even no damn prize
So people can keep on talking, and others can believe what they hear
I deserve what I want out of life, it starts by leaving your *** this year
