Oh, how dark the offerings of youth to the rational mind!
But even I have succumbed to temptation.
I clutch at the last shreds of sanity,
While logic is swept away by passion.
How I love and loath it!
Oh joy, joy! Drowning in abundance,
Blinded willingly, left to pettiness.
Intellect, abandoned too long!
Wayward I have fallen to ignorance.
Here I stand, in bliss and in agony.
