The changes and mistakes I make in this world will die with me. It will be your job to think back on what I did, who I was, and what I stood for. This is how we accomplish life after death.I will be forgotten by many, but I will always make my self known to those who choose to know me. So don’t cry, just keep me in your hearts and I'll never die. I am nothing more than you want me to be. I am nothing more than a memory.

Well said! T'is true that all we really leave are memories, and those memories are not ours but belong to those who choose to remember us. The how, when, and why a person remembers another being is a mystrey.
Thanks for sharing this. I found myself moved to comment simply because this statement is so spot on, as to how I see life and death.
Peace~ Lori |
