Un-Named

Contributed by Lozzel on Thursday, 21st December 2006 @ 11:02:28 PM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

Trapped in a world of lonliness
I struggle to reach for air
The walls of life are caving in
How much can one heart bare?

I dont know how to escape my thoughts
They're stabbing at my soul
Thoughts of a life I dont want to live
Of a heart that's bitter and cold.

Why does life have to be so hard!?
Why do I have to live!?
Why should I have to put up with this *****!?
I have nothing left to give!!!

Life has stripped my innocence
Life has shattered my dreams
Life has stolen my trust and faith
As nothing is what it seems.

My heart is filled with emptiness
As life took all that too.
What I've done to deserve this torture
I havent got a clue.

How do I continue....
Where do I find the drive?
Maybe it would be easier to let life leave....
I dont think I want to survive.

Your opening line says it...... and the rest backs up that statement. Enjoyed the way you captured the impact of what "loniliness" does to life.
