first kiss

Contributed by boobiepeach on Thursday, 21st December 2006 @ 06:25:35 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

A being of a giving heart
Was a woman flawed of main
To give to loves and lusts alike
Never complained of hunger drain

Feeling unsure of path to prove
She walked in blind mans shoes
Until one night a standing man
To all her don’ts made clear her dos

A shoulder of a broad and strong
Well spoken in his fool
It was there that caught her hand
Strayed away of sorrys pool

A long laugh unboxed and viewed
Was there to be herd and shared
With raspy voice and feathered words
Smile and nod can’t be compared

While all the time she wanted this
And lusts are hard to meet
Given a chance to walk with sight
Eagerly uncovering anxious feet

Waiting for the slightest move
Time is so slow while water is sill
But fly’s in that when kisses crave
wanting roaring boil to finally spill

This was amazing... I remember my first kiss.. I was scared and I wasn't sure that I wanted it but though it was with a person whom I don't like very much now I don't regret it... This was a really good poem.. Nice flow and word choice..

Take care
Merry Christmas
Christina
