The invisible haunt you,
They shatter your dreams.
Characterized by faces, hidden in seams,
Crying out in muted, frightened screams.
Moving among you,
You are not that aware;
You’re eyes are not opened,
No wonder you’re scared.
Hold fast; hold tight, I’ll show them to you,
Let’s move over there, it’s a way better view.
Way up high, you’ll see all those souls,
Beyond your puny perception you’ve managed to hold.
You’ll realize that “they” are not out to hurt,
And the reason they scream is because you’ve flung at them dirt.
Don’t be afraid, but don’t ever judge,
Condemning the invisible for your misplaced grudge.
Hating the unknown is the worst thing to do,
For all those that are hated, turn back towards you.
Demanding an answer, they scream and they yell,
But you can’t see them... you’ve created your hell.
