I feel angry and violent,
I feel depressed and alone.
I feel sad and worthless,
I feel tired and hopeless.
I am falling, save me.
I need someone to pick me
Up when I am down.
I need someone to help
Me carry on, when I fall apart.
I need you to make it through.
I need your love to hold me up,
When it's too much to bare.
All I need is you,
You complete me.
It's all right though because...
I may rise and I may fall,
But in the end we will,
Always be there for each other!

This would be a good preface to the household framed poem "Footsteps in the Sand" you know the one where it ends with "No, those footsteps in the sand are not where I abandoned you but where I carried you."
Forgive but I quote this Buddhist aphorism often: Fall down 7 times get up 8
May you Rise in Glory
Peace
