The music begins to drown my fears,
My eyes fill with blood-red tears,
The melody and beat power through my veins,
They open my heart where the music reigns,
The musical notes I hold them near,
Deep inside for no one to ever hear,
If someone ever listened to the real sound of my heart,
They would only ever hear it as it slowly tears apart
