Mosh to be free

Contributed by SocialMisfit on Friday, 8th December 2006 @ 05:13:05 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

steady bass beat drowning me
rhythm coursing through my veins
moshing
ecstasy
freedom
moshing
mosh with me
moshing
mosh into me
drums pounding,exploding, drilling into me
overwhelmed with the sound
thrashing
beating, possessed with the vibrations
moshing
mosh just like me
pick strikes string
feedback noise, symphony of the free
head banging rebellion
rip right into me
converse shoes form the sea surrounding me
waves of humanity abound
moshing
mosh just like me
rhythm is the key
and the pressure setting me free
rhythm is our disease
reverberation is our anthem
moshing is our creed
mosh into me
singing guitar erotica
my soul vibrates within me
skinny tight jeans
we the moshers know to be free
moshing
mosh just like me
hot sweaty pit
the crowd is my home
exhaustion
heart exploding
lips screaming
and the music is calling me
moshing
filter into me
mosh to be free

Lol, I always found it as a form of pain :P Especially when people landed on me :P

Still, there is nothing quite as exhilarating or exciting than the risk of being stamped on by 200 people. :P

Seriously though, I know just what you're talking about with this.

The poem itself is pretty good, but personally I find it too repetetive in places. Otherwise, pretty good.

Good write,
Phil xxx
