Sometimes things happen and we dont know why

It can bring us to our knees and direct our eyes up to the sky

Pleading for a reason so we can start to try

Try and make some sense of it when someone chooses to die

What sense is there in this, it just didn't have to be

The pain for him is gone but not for friends and family

Our pain has just begun in the face of this tragedy

A beautiful young life gone so needlessly

Did he not know just how much we care

I'v contemplated the same so many times but I wouldn't dare

I could't do that to my closest it just would'nt be fair

For whatever pain I felt, to the pain I'd cause it couldn't compare

I just hope that wherever he is now that he is okay

I hope there's something more than the ground in which he'll lay

I hope that he's around us watching us each day

I hope that my memories of him never fade away

My beautiful cousin Chris took his life 2 days ago. He was 16. There are no words...
