Lost Everything Again

Contributed by shaba_11 on Monday, 4th December 2006 @ 09:39:36 AM in AEST
Topic: SadPoetry

When you have read my book,
When you come to an end.
You will notice I have lost
All my good friends.

Once fallen….. Fallen never
Stand up again.
Clouds are weeping
And the sun is dead.

Ravens shout….. Shout out the
Songs of darkness.
Cries and tears stay in the
Garden of thorns.

I tried to snatch the light from fire,
The swiftness from the wind,
The deepness from the sea
And the nature's beauty.

Today I am here
All by my own.
I am not scared
But have a tiny fear.

I never wanted to do this,
But it happened again...
I can only think now...
What will be the result?
When my destiny is cleared?

I can relate to this.. I liked how you wrote this poem... It was well composed and I thought you did great in expressing your emotions and feelings... Only you can answer your questions...

Take care
Christina
