Half My Slate

I’m a different kind of human,
No ordinary pair,
Half of me is sin,
The other half is bare,
Changed by the things around me,
I’ve become a formless shape,
Too much molding and too much shifting,
Has made me in this way,
Now I don’t know what to be,
I’ve seen so many sides,
Good and bad,
Evil and sad,
Or half of me could die,
I could be half a man,
Emotionless and strong,
Destroying the things I don’t fight for,
Be it right or be it wrong,
I suppose I have some time left,
To decide my only fate,
But no matter how I turn,
Forever will I burn,
For to hell I’ll not be late.
