anguished

How I loath this feeling of darkness,
It fills me with coldness to the bone.
Causing a tightness in my heart,
An ache that afflicts my soul.
Pain, hatred, blinding rage,
Grip my mind and burn my tongue.
Words so harsh and cruel spew forth,
Beware the storm tossed soul.
From deep within comes this wrath,
Knowing it is wrong, but unable to desist.
Seeking to harm and shock I speak a bitter bile,
More than angry is this darkened soul.
Hatred, rage, and loathing collide,
Marking out a path to hell,
Trading insult and injury with such fury,
No one stands against this tormented soul.
Where from comes this malice,
Attempting to exorcise this beast,
Forcing away this hate and this spite,
To at last empty, this blackest night filled soul.
