Sacred Sin

Contributed by Vampire_Slander on Tuesday, 28th November 2006 @ 12:05:45 AM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

With a cauldron in her hand she speaks to the astral
Her daring jade eyes, so savage, so magnificent
Ethereal wings of angelic silk spread fourth from her back
This twilight queen, a goddess of dark illumination

She walks the earth, a spellbinder
Her energies so liquid and alive
A heart which bares no beating flaws
A soul reflection so tarnished

I wish to embrace her, to hold her, to kiss her
One taste to become addicted to beauty
I want to follow her, protect her, love her
A soul mate forged in fate

My out reached hand caresses her mind
My lips whisper love without sound
Her grip upon me so tight and warm
I've become the spellbound

Flying to the astral, a kingdom of passions
Two lovers synchronized as one
Two fates wrapped together in bliss
The bonding of souls, the symphony of oneness

some truly magnificent lines in there

Her energies so liquid and alive
One taste to become addicted to beauty
A soul mate forged in fate
My lips whisper love without sound
The bonding of souls, the symphony of oneness

Loved it, keep it up

with much love and regret, for they can't be seperated,
Marc

I loved your description of her.
Who could resist such beautiful
darkness. To use astral projection
is a beautiful and clever way to make
the absract bonding of souls into
something that is more visible and
tangible. This gives the action more
of a sense of reality for me which in
turn makes the poem more powerful.
Excellent. Truly , Doug
