somewhere there is hope

somewhere out there, a woman on the edge of the street,
heart full of hate,lies,and deciet,
she is crying for someone to help her addiction, she no longer wants to smoke dope,
but slowy and surely she is giving up hope,
somewhere out there a girl is being raped and screaming help me,
but people ignore her prentend not to see,
now she is pregnant and does not know what to do,
and she turns her head because you didnt help...she blames you,
she knows she does not agree with abortion but she doesn't know how to deal,
looking at her swelled stomach crying,its the worse pain to feel,
somewhere out there a man woman or child whom has aids,
not at all something you can fix with bandaids,
they know there is no cure,but still they wake up everyday with a smile,
but in the end they know they only have a little while,
somewhere out there, there is a child on the street crying because they are hungry,and there mom and dad is to cracked out to care,
thats where they spend there wellfare,
somwhere out there you may not care,
but no matter what somewhere out there there is hope.
