Waiting in this hell called life
Waiting to die
Fighting back the tears
Falling with an unspoken vengeance
Holding onto a dream
That's already died
Looking into a strangers eyes
Needing to say so much
But remain silent
The music plays
That's my escape
The night rolls in
That's my escape
The wall is high
That's my escape
The picture fades
Blackened by pain
Blackened by the truth
Blackened by reality
Blackened
Desperation
Constant Irritation
Sweet Temptation
No Sensation
Numb
What could be
Will never
What has been
Is dead
What is
Is blackened
