Spikes protruding from wrists,
wearing a constant frown,
dressed in the color of mourning-
She wards off all strangers,
sticks to what she knows,
stays deep down in her comfort zone.
This green eyed girl
does all these things,
although she does not wish to.
She'd like to leave
that comfort zone,
go new places,
meet new people-
not turn them away.
The spikes she wears are beautiful,
the dark clothing is classic,
and beneath the frown
is a perfectly happy soul.
She's misunderstood in so many ways,
even though she's truly simple and kind.
To see that, you need
to know her.
Know her before you judge her...
