Wait below Waves

Contributed by In_a_While on Tuesday, 21st November 2006 @ 03:23:41 PM in AEST
Topic: drugabuse

i'm met my decision
on a road of no dreams
the sky's a bruised vision
if you know what it means

i love you my sorrow
i've decided "i do"
will you marry tomorrow
my ill point of view
__________

i have my addictions
and I hide them from God
she has her predictions
that i'll someday be gone
but i swallow and save
my pride to the grave.
__________

i've met the man waiting
in the stairway below
he needs not keep baiting
cause my future i know

i wait below waves
for the sun to set soon
so i can't feel the days
become one tired tune

dw

This is an addiction that I hope you overcome my friend. Sure it numbs the pain and our troubles go away for a little while, but sadly after the high reality sets in again.
