[Too many times, I dropped my rose}

Too many times, I dropped my rose,
I let it fall and wilt upon the ground.
Now I've cast that rose toward Avalon,
In favor of a far more beautiful flower.
I have to be more careful with its petals,
For if not it will die in my hand...
Like Beatrice's arrangement.
