Topic: Lifepoems

When The day came and I was told i had emphysema it was so shocking.
I couldnt belive it .yeah I was a smoker for a long time.
So I am posting this again to let anyone who smokes should Quit.

I know that I shouldnt never smoke and I am not going to lie.
because i still think of cigarettes and I am so depressed .

so if you are going to smoke you will loose.

JUst a reminder and yeah i know it doesnt make sense but its me and I now have the cough back with chest pains.

I hope it hasnt come back.

Sorry about hearing that. Things happen quickly without you knowing. Its better to take care of things and yourself before you realise that something is lost. Thats the best way to live life. Take care of yourself.
