Red light

I feel remorse because my friend did something that wasn't right.
He was running late one day so he didn't stop at the traffic lights.
He kept driving even though the lights were red.
He had a horrible crash that left him and five other people dead.
I wish he hadn't been in such a hurry.
Because of his ignorance, six good people are being buried.
A witness said there was plenty of blood and he vomited because of what he saw.
If you're considering running a red light, please remember that it's dangerous and against the law.

good poem, good advice and even though this is a fictional poem, stuff like this happens all the time. |
