I've been awaken from a slumber
That was never ceasing.
An unimaginable nightmarish dream of a life

Forsaken by love.
I was awaken by a light...
Oh so beautiful!

Everglowing, and full of acceptance.
I basked in it's warmth and embraced it.
I was ensnared

By a breath taking illusion.
A light which was dark and deep,
Whose chasm drew me in.

But this glow that leads me toward it now.
This love that draws me away...
Makes me new.

Keep my heart, show me your depths,
And help me to never find slumber again.
