Offensive Body Odor

Topic: oops

Showers from heaven
Showers from hell

The abyss that opens
Sparks tonight’s revolution

When the showers of rain
Drown out the showers of tears
The shine of the North Star
Blinds the showers with fear

Dr. Filth sits in his office
A clean-cut, curt, and crude man
His patients wait in line outside
Dying to cure their pain
If someone paid them some attention
A psychotropic gain
They wouldn’t have come this far
Showered them with rejection
A sparkle of a filthy star remains

They are making movies of the killings
It’s making all the headlines
People are infatuated
With blood splattered crimes
They can’t make up their minds
Who committed this heinous deed
Was it the father’s seed
They shower him with hate
Trial by jury
To contemplate his fate

Showers of hurt
Speckled with dirt
Showers of lust that burn
Showers of the night torn
Brought down from heaven
Is the promise that good things could change
When the showers of God descends
Tomorrow promises to begin again
While the rain falls hard today, pretend,
To live in a dry cocooned shell, ascend
To heights that fell
Into the palm of my hand
