Where do all the tears come from,
And, indeed, where do they all go?
Is it only the weak who cry,
Do you think different if I smile?
Is it wrong to look back on yesterday,
To think that the sun was out then,
Why do people change so suddenly,
Perhaps hearts really do break?
Plans, don’t make me laugh, pray no,
Because we all know that no need,
A lifetime goes before we can blink,
And all that’s left is a line in the local.
I tried so hard and gave my all but yet,
The clowns clothes fit me well,
And I beg for loneliness yet still ask,
Where have you gone, my cold friend?

| this is really sad, and says so much about the drastic changes a friendship can take. I hope you can learn to forgive, and that a friendship can be slavaged. |
