Don't do it

Contributed by Ashleigh4 on Sunday, 16th February 2003 @ 11:00:00 PM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

Don't do it! they tell you, yet give you no reason,
Just be happy, smile, don't notice this prison.

Don't do it, we love you, we want you to live
we ignore and reject you-but we will still grieve.

Don't do it-dont love her, don't cry when she's gone-
her decision to leave was naiive and wrong.

Don't cry for her, scream, or make an excuse-
the reason she's gone is cos of your abuse.

Don't do it-don't comfort her, and stifle her cries,
It's people like you, who make her want to die.

So when it's cold in her bedroom, and her memory makes you cry-
Don't do it-just sit there, and wish her goodbye.
