How do you deal?

Contributed by kaleidoscope on Thursday, 2nd November 2006 @ 11:58:03 PM in AEST
Topic: hbadday

The music is fading, the silence is raging. drifting to space, not even a trace. To a place of no pain, between crazy and sane. Nothing to feel, wanting to deal. Numb in the mind, no concept of time. emotions stay inside. but can't always hide. How do you deal with the hurt and heartache you feel?

Do you cut a little deeper or cry a little harder?
Write it all down or blame one another?
Do you hit and scream, drink a little stronger?
Vent on a friend or drive a little longer?
Do you hide in a corner or run a little faster?
Take some pills or is there another answer?
How do you deal with how you feel?

Searching for something you'll never find. Waiting for something that's past you by. Reaching for something that's far to high. You never seem to win no matter how hard you try. This is how I felt and this is how i dealt. I've tried it all and still i'd fall. Into the dark with a broken heart. Confused and consumed, I felt nothing but doomed. Wanting to end the pain, with nothing left to gain. How do you deal with the hurt and heartache you feel?

Do you cut a little deeper or cry a little harder.
Write it all down or blame one another.
Do you hit and scream, drink a little stronger.
Vent on a friend or drive a little longer.
Do you hide in a corner or run a little faster
Take some pills or is there another answer.
How do you deal with how you feel?

Sure all those help seemingly but in reality they are short and fleeting..Living day to day. I've found another way. Its only found from above. From a God who is full of love. There's more to life then life. It is not all in vain or strife. This is just the first door to something much more.Where there's no more pain. No more life's cruel games. Hope, comfort and peace. Its more than just a belief. There IS a light at the end of the tunnel. we're not just a downward spinning funnel. Looking for a love and comfort that never goes away? The Lord God almighty is the only way! How do you deal with how you feel?
