Just hanging with you sister
Having a good time
Watching a movie
With a couple of friends
You call her,
She says your name,
My heart skips a beat
She says your coming.
My heart beats so fast
I cant control it
It wants to jump out
Out of my chest
You come into my line of view
My heart beats faster
You look at me out of the corner of your eye,
Like you used to
Another skip,
Another missed beat,
More pounding,
Breathing almost stopped.
You get ready to leave,
You talk to the other person,
Sitting next to me,
And don’t even acknowledge me
Then, she says to say bye,
And you said it,
“bye guys”
I almost died,
You looked at me for a split second,
And for that split second
I knew my love for you,
Was never lost.
I know you will never come back
But on top of that
I know I will never stop
Loving you the way I do.
After that moment,
That I saw you again,
And hear your face
I just wanted to cry
So on my way home,
All the memories
And all the feelings
Came back in a flow of tears.
If I had one wish in the world
I would wish to have you back
And to be with the right person
Who loves you for who you are
I miss you with all of my body
I miss you will my whole heart
I will always love you
Even if you don’t.
