You spilt your wine on his sheets
And stained my heart with your deceit
Press your ear against my chest
And listen to the ocean
Either it's your music
Or "The tinsmith forgot to give me a heart."

Looking back upon
Stone-cold embers
In a rear-view mirror
Of October skies
Looking back into
Ship-wrecked waters
These memories are
Like music to my eyes...

I like it - good imagery, good flow, though i am a punctuation whore and like a bit more than you gave, but great poem in my opinion!
