Night Of The Entity

Contributed by secretwind on Sunday, 29th October 2006 @ 02:17:03 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

With my eyes
at this moment
I am now listeing
to eerie sounds,
I shiver and shake
as unseen hands
slowly
pull my covers down.

In the shadows
I can see
something silently undulating
and I am feeling
a dark prescence
that chills me and fills me with fright.
The bed is now shaking
as my mind is cracking
as a force
holds me down.

A silent scream
fills my lungs...
as whispering voices
chant
and moan to me,
there's a slithering sound
as something
creeps across the floor
and my heartbeats
like it never has before.

I'm so scared
I can hardly breathe
as the entity
overwhelms me.

You had me on my seats edge and you gave me goose bumps, lol.
A silent scream
fills my lungs...
as whispering voices
chant
and moan to me,
there's a slithering sound
as something
creeps across the floor
and my heartbeats
like it never has before

Wow! This is very well done, secretwind!
Maybe you should read a poem of mine called 'Ghostly Encounter.' It's a little similar to this, but I had a particular entity in mind when I wrote it. ; )

Anyway, keep up the spectacular work!
