I'm the vision of what you want to be
I'm the weapon that will kill your insanity
Any time, or any place
I could be any other face
I'm the passion that rages inside of your heart
and I'm the warfare that put you back at the start
of this race for control, of your fragile mind
Innocence lost, a pleasure you'll never find
I could be every nightmare, in the back of your soul
And I could be the dreams, that your pain can't control
I hold the secrets, and I know the lies
That pain has used to deceive you, I'm at the the core of wounded eyes
I can put you on top,
or you can crash to the ground
You control your destiny,
that's where sanity is found
