DONT TELL ME I CANT GO
she screamed through her eyes as she gracefully bowed her head
I'LL DO WHAT I WANT
she carved in her skin and took pictures for all to see
YOU MAKE ME SO MAD
cried the tears of her eyes as they emotionally fell to their death
I'M A GROWN UP NOW
stomped the child within and she threw it in her mothers face
YOU HAVE TO LET GO
laughed her cunning little mind, and she walked away

LOL, sounds like your inner child embarrasses you now and then. :)
Just the tone of the poem--you mention her stomping her feet. |
