Entrance in the Rear

Contributed by lancaster on Friday, 27th October 2006 @ 07:02:56 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

Pants down
Enter from the rear

I have been had
Conned, cunning

Respond if appropriate
Not applicable
Attuned, assume, prove me wrong

Impute from outsourced moons
Underpinnings crumbling
Products of wealth and hate
Where green eyes are replaced

Draw a yellow happy face
Gauge how I feel
On a scale from one to eleven
Ten being the worst
Informative distortion
The chemical mind bleeds out a small portion

Grab the Velcro side of the sticky pair
Develop, dabble, reserve a comfortable chair
Traditional focus on feedback
A sense of ownership
Briefs or boxers?
Let’s compare
Low functioning fists
Beat the snot out of a misbehaved kid
A fair fight, clean, with dirt in-between, a busted lip

Guided discovery to elicit reactive hormones
Electricity provided
Wind power
Solar rains
Filtered beliefs in polytheistic domains
When prayers are answered not one single soul complains

Tell me what you think of me, honestly
Artificial pathology
Intermingled with drama
Concerned about jumping off this cliff
Let me go!
Look right through you
An explanation for false versus
After me comes the suspense
A unified division
Supplement my thirst
With panicked prohibition
Without proper documentation
Document this!
An alien
Out of sorts, out of balance
Without homeostasis
A Nude neurotic dying to be naked
Consumed by the progress
Before being relocated

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
