I see myself, running down a long winding path
In front is the future, chasing me is the past
I need to take a leap of faith, a new turn towards the unknown
Walk away, into the abyss, away from the seeds of hate that I've grown
I'm scared to take the step, towards someplace I've never been
The angry part will keep you in pain, it separates what's now and then
