Here the sky is timeless
The tears have time to smile
She was the lie which graced my lips
My heart has ceased awhile
Brushed, her warmth against my skin
Broke, the hopes at hand
Sorrow fills an empty heart
Inside the silent man
Believe in her, I never will
Her love, a tragic sin
To grieve my passion's dire fall
I hope to breathe again
Always is the moment
To never understand
How love can be so incomplete
To me... the silent man

Perfect flow, absolutely captivating in that sense. It also portrays deep emotion, but I hope, if this is true to yourself, that you don't trap that emotion inside, in silence. Excellent job and keep at it! |

Even your words protray the strong silent type. Your poem is heartfelt and painful. Good luck.
