So, you would think I'd be happy
ecstatic, delighted
I found true love
I feel it fully,
but it's not requited

You see I have been on this journey
for quite some time
To find a love, truly devine
This world is cruel, you're far behind
I can only be with you in my heart and mind

To me you're all I ever needed
If you think you can love me
Please let me know
I'd wait forever
If your love will grow

So here I am completely exposed
Ready for all
Pleasure, pain whatever may unfold
Please be tender, because as you know
My heart was yours long ago
