i know its hard to stay strong wen you feel so weak but its never good to keep your feelings bottled up just let it go don't hold them inside i learned my lesson when i tried to be tough at a really hard point in my life but i pulled through with the help of my friends and the one i love if it weren't for them being here to listen i would be half dead from depression my body aches from so much pain i've felt but i know ill always have my friends to catch me if i was to ever fall again

I know where you are coming from, I know how dark and how deep that black hole of depression is. In my opinion you are doing the best therapy by writing. Keep on being strong.

depression sucks and best way to deal with it is to talk to others about it. I still have problems with depression but its slowly liftin away

Welcome, welcome. It sounds like you've much fuel for writing. But as a comment on style, poems are just generally better in verse. The way the text strikes the eye in relation to the white space around and through it is important to the way it flows for the reader, and an unformatted block of text does not flow. It takes time to learn proper verse, but it's a good thing to practice from the first. Because, when you reach the point where each word is placed in such a way that its impact is proper and at maximum, you'll please yourself mightily.
