trying to ignore the pain
to ignore the emptiness
the loss
hoping to stop the tears
before they fall
stay strong
stay strong

repeated
over and over in my mind
ignore the pain
it won't hurt if you don't think about it
it'll be better soon
i tell myself lies

You can feel the pain within this write. I am sorry for what you may be going through. Lying to yourself will only cause you more pain. Please continue to write it will help you through the rough times. May you find peace and joy within your heart that you seek.
