Die

Contributed by Tiffyo4 on Monday, 23rd October 2006 @ 04:32:26 PM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

dreaming of how i'll die
never wondering if i'll cry
blood dripping so slow and thick
i took the blade and did it quick
leaving scars so ugly and deep
i just hope i will die in my sleep
drowning in my own sweat and blood
all my life i wish i would have just givin up
never wondering who would even care
i still don't believe you said you would be there
staying up all night still pulling out my hair
just thinking of my funeral and what to wear
dreaming is what i use to do
now i'm gone and my dreams are to

I usually don't read suicide poetry..I've written so much myself in the past and am really against it, so I tend to lecture..but you express yourself well..just don't let your dreams die; that's a bad thing..keep writing!

My comment here comes in the form of a heart felt quote,"Step into the velvet of the morning.Let yourself lay back in your dreams.Take on the situation but not the torment. You know its not as bad as it seems"And even if it is still try to step into the velvet of the morning...

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
