Confusion and dismay
All this you've made me pay
To God I have to pray
For the chance to swiftly fly away
Waiting for you pleasant return
All this time you've made my heart burn
Hoping you're as great as when you left me
And wishing my love would finally be free
Laying here drowning in tears
How about some more beers
Confusion and dismay
All this you've made me pay
To God I have to pray
For the chance to swiftly fly away
Laying still in the corner
No more blood in any vein
Not even one mourner
All this because of the pain
Confusion and dismay
All this you've made me pay
To God I have to pray
For the chance to swiftly fly away
